My name is Ciji (C.G). I tell people think Fiji water, replace the F with a C and you have Ciji!! I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Specialist, and Nutrition Coach. I’ve been in the fitness and health sphere for over 15 years with no plans of stopping anytime soon.

Introducing Me

Not wanting to bore you with my job history, so I will keep this brief… I am Industrial Engineering major, but fitness was a major influence in my life, and I had fun doing it - I made it my career path years after doing some tech stuff. You are probably wondering why I chose fitness after earning an engineering degree. In fitness I found a community of people who loved connecting with each other, pushing each other beyond what they could do, and it unleashed a newfound strength and confidence in their life (including my own). I want to give to others what was given to me.

I’ve worked non-profit doing wellness advocacy for years, and then I started my training career at Equinox Fitness Club… now I am here with CFIT Training, encouraging my clients to see their body fit / see fit.
