Meet Ciji

Welcome to CFIT! I’m Ciji, a Certified Fitness Specialist and Nutrition Coach with a passion for transforming lives through health and fitness. My journey began with a degree in Industrial Technology, where I started as a Program Coordinator for a STEM initiative funded by the National Science Foundation. After four fulfilling years in the tech industry, I decided to follow my true calling in health and wellness.

I transitioned to a nonprofit as a Healthy Living Program Specialist, where I championed wellness initiatives by collaborating with grassroots organizations, clinics, local governments, and corporate entities. After six impactful years in that role, I became a full-time certified personal trainer at Equinox Fitness Club in Northern Virginia. It was here that I honed my skills, helping clients improve their movement, shed body fat, and achieve their fitness goals.

In response to the challenges posed by COVID-19, I launched CFIT Personal Training, specifically designed for busy professionals and those with hectic schedules who want to work out without the hassle of commuting to a gym. I understand the importance of flexibility, which is why I bring my training directly to you, crafting a personalized experience that delivers real results. This approach eliminates the stress of finding time for working out.

At CFIT, fitness transcends mere appearance. My training programs are tailored to enhance not just your physical look but also your mobility, flexibility, and overall movement quality. I believe that every client should see themselves as fit, without the pressure of comparison to others.
