We understand that having options and the freedom to train when it fits your schedule will help you stay consistent. Our clients’ schedules do not always allow time for an hour-long training session, so we offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute training sessions.

Nutrition and training go hand in hand to achieve optimal fitness and health results. When it comes to nutrition coaching, we rely on science-based methods, specifically the Precision Nutrition and EXOS coaching models. These proven approaches ensure that you receive the most effective and up-to-date nutritional guidance to support your fitness journey.

*CFIT are not registered dietitians; therefore, we only provide nutritional guidance. We do not provide clients with meal plans.

At CFIT, we recognize the significance of movement quality in our training program. That's why we incorporate a comprehensive assessment of our clients' movement patterns using Functional Movement Screening (FMS) as part of our training programs.

By incorporating mobility, active and dynamic stretching into our training programs, we empower our clients to move better and perform at their best. 1:1 Training

Personal training with our clients yield the best results because we are able to create individual programs to meet their fitness goals. Our training sessions are 30-minutes, 45-minutes, and 60-minutes. Clients choose what training time works best with their schedule and we create circuit, strength, mobility, and core programs for them.

We also offer small group training, with no more than 3 people in a group. Ask us about how we do group training!

65+ Training

As a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS), CFIT provides training for individuals 65 and over. We provide them with balance, coordination, core, strength, and circuit training appropriate for their fitness level. We take our clients through a PAR-Q and movement assessment to design an effective and safe training program.
